- — Technical data: your IP address is captured at submission time for spam prevention only and is not stored with your review record.
- — Contact enquiries: when you use our contact form (powered by Formspree), your message and email are processed by Formspree under their own privacy policy.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising networks on this website.

4. What Is Displayed Publicly
If your review is approved, the following information is shown publicly on this website:
- —Your first name and surname initial (e.g. "Jamie N.")
- —Your country (if provided)
- —Your star rating, review title (if provided), and review body
- —The month and year of your review
Your email address is never displayed publicly.
5. Data Retention
Review submissions (including email and full name) are retained for a maximum of 2 years from submission date, unless you request deletion earlier. Rejected reviews are deleted within 90 days of rejection.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- —Access the personal data we hold about you.
- —Correct inaccurate data.
- —Erase your data (right to be forgotten). Your review will be removed from public display and your personal details deleted.
- —Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
